Open Aovly

Open Shopify admin → Apps → Aovly. Installations and sign-in are handled by Shopify; no separate account is required.

1. Connect the storefront

In Online Store → Themes → Customize → App embeds, enable Aovly and save. Check the live theme after changing themes. Cart upsells, quantity discounts and checkbox add-ons require the embed.

2. Publish an offer

Create an offer, select an active one-time-purchase product variant, set a percentage discount and optional quantity threshold, preview, then publish. Stock, market pricing, and Shopify discount eligibility determine the final checkout price. Pause an offer to stop displaying it and deactivate its automatic discount.

3. Enable post-purchase offers

In Shopify Settings → Checkout, choose Aovly for the post-purchase page and save. Only one post-purchase app can be selected. Eligibility depends on Shopify’s supported payment methods, checkout and order conditions. Buyers explicitly accept the additional amount or continue to confirmation.

Understand analytics

Revenue is attributed to signed Aovly storefront items in paid orders, with refunds deducted. It excludes shipping and tax. Post-purchase revenue is not included in this report. Test orders may appear; analytics should not be treated as a complete store-sales report.

Customer data requests

Open Aovly Settings → Customer data requests to see requests received from Shopify. Download the relevant records and respond through your verified customer-request process. Requests expire after 30 days; review this page regularly. A download does not send a response to the customer.

Remove Aovly

Pause offers before uninstalling, disable the theme embed, and uninstall in Shopify admin. Check Shopify Discounts for any automatic discounts you want to remove. Manage your app subscription through Shopify.
